Service Description

We will be doing a workshop on Step Sparring and how to use the ITF movement in the pattern in step sparring and in self defense. Also how to modify the ITF technique to defend yourself against an attacker in the street environment. This is the program that I will be releasing in the coming months at ITF seminars.
